Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking an experienced PMO Coordinator to join their Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping and delivering project management excellence.
Role Overview:
Working directly with the PMO Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for documenting procedures, creating guidance materials, and developing templates for best-practice project and programme management. You'll be instrumental in establishing and embedding excellent project management practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project/programme templates and guidance materials
- Monitor and analyse project/programme performance
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and progress updates
- Support resource management implementation
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage EPMO mailbox within SLA parameters
- Support technical change approval board processes
- Assist with financial tracking and budget templates
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven PMO coordination or project support background
- Experience with Agile/Prince2/MSP methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to create processes and procedures
- Experience in producing high-level reports
Desirable:
- PRINCE2/AGILE/MSP/SCRUM certification
- PPM tool experience
- Software development environment exposure
Location: 1-3 days per month in Birmingham
