Are you a detail-focused and discreet Administrator looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting for a experienced administrator to join my client's team where you will provide admin support to the Head of HR.
No previous HR experience is required, although an interest would definitely be beneficial but we do require you to be well-organised, structured, and discreet.
Job Requirements:

- Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality, particularly in HR-related tasks
- Take ownership of HR schemes and well-being initiatives
- Have the ability to work independently and show initiative
- Effectively handle HR tasks such as reference requests and keeping files up to date
- Handle situations in a calm and measured way
Preferred Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous admin experience
- Interest in HR with the ability to own and drive HR initiatives
- Experience in compiling reports and maintaining spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with other team members
- Excellent computer skills including Excel
- Have an eye for detail
- Possess a friendly and approachable personality
The Salary/Benefits for the Administrator role:
Basic Salary:
£28,000 per annum
25 Days Holiday
Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
