Job Description:
As a Service manager , you will lead a team who assist individuals within their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring compliance with Care regulations.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with supported individuals, providing individualised care and support. Manage and work with a varied team from owners, support co-ordinators and care professionals.
Committing to drive the business forward.
