Paid Search Manager

Macildowie are working with a business based in Leicestershire who are looking to to expand the digital team and are looking to recruit a talented and motivated Paid Search Manager to join the team and contribute to our client's success.The experienced Paid Search Manager will oversee and optimise there client's PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a deep understanding of paid search strategies, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results. You will be responsible for managing, analysing, and improving paid search campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve our client's marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, and social media channels.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copy and effective landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, including bid management, ad testing, and audience targeting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and tools as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, and design, to align strategies and achieve client goals.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certification is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other PPC management software.
