Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance and results in one of London's most prestigious areas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize property instructions and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee property valuations, client presentations, and contract negotiations to ensure the best outcomes.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally with some managerial experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the London property market, particularly in the Notting Hill area.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
