Job Title: Costs Lawyer
Salary: Up to £60K DOE
Location: Cardiff & London
Hybrid: 2 days from home.
Hours: Full Time.
I'm working closely with a regional firm. They are looking for a Costs draftsman in each of their offices. This firm is well known for its fantastic reputation in the legal business. Main Responsibilities
- Working in the Civil litigation team
- Assist fee earners in varied personal injury, clinical negligence files and other wider teams.
- Prepare cost budgets & statements
- Costs negotiations
- Attending hearings
- Provide advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
Essential Criteria
- Ideally ACL qualified
- Solid background in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury.
