Care Team Leader
Location: Lewisham
Salary: £19,500 (based on experience)
Hours: 30 hours per week (including alternate weekends)
MUST OWN VEHICLE AND VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE
We are currently recruiting a Senior Carer / Team Leader to support our care teams across Lewisham and Bromley. This is a part-time position (30 hours weekly), with flexibility required to work every other weekend. You will play a key role in maintaining care quality, supporting staff in the field, and ensuring client needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and mentor carers in the community
- Deliver and monitor PPE supplies
- Update and maintain care plans
- Conduct spot checks and supervision visits
- Attend review meetings with clients and families
- Respond to on-the-ground care issues
- Ensure care delivery meets CQC and company standards
Requirements:
? A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
? Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
? Confident using Microsoft Word and digital systems
? Experience in domiciliary care (as a Senior Carer or Team Leader)
? Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
? A caring, approachable, and professional manner
