We are seeking a proactive and versatile Sales Team Administrator to support a Managing Director and 5 Regional Sales People across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new role within our clients business, where you can make a significant impact and evolve with the role's responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diary Management:
  • Efficiently manage and organise the diaries of the Managing Director and Regional Sales People.
  1. Travel Arrangements:
  • Coordinate and arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for the sales team and Managing Director.
  1. Sales Administration Support:
  • Assist in providing comprehensive sales administration support, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales-related documentation and tasks.
  1. Reporting and Presentations:
  • Produce reports, presentations, and other sales-related materials to support the Managing Director and sales team in their business activities.
  1. Time Management and Multitasking:
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills, effectively prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  1. MS Office Proficiency:
  • Utilise all-round MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar coordination or administrative role, preferably within sales or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges as the role evolves.
