Join our dynamic and growing team as an Internal Sales Administrator! Our client, a leading organisation in their industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their sales team. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by fielding sales calls, recording and reporting price enquiries, and managing accounts. You will work closely with your external counterpart to secure the sales pipeline and ensure successful order placements for our valued customers.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding sales calls, promptly recording and reporting price enquiries.
  • Collaborating with your external counterpart to manage accounts and secure the sales pipeline.
  • Producing official quotations and following up on them to conclusion, tracking won and lost information.
  • Generating sales reports and assisting with the tender process for specific projects.
  • Maintaining accurate reports, technical files, and tender files to ensure smooth operations.
  • Gathering market intelligence from our customer base to stay informed about the competition.
  • Placing orders and maintaining the customer database to facilitate efficient order processing.
  • Promoting and developing the company's image and building strong customer relationships.

To excel in this role, you should have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask will also be key to success in this role.
