As part of the firm's growth plans, they are looking for a specialise media manager to support their designated media team to work on and with the media clients and grow the service offerings, as part of their strategic plan.

You will work with entrepreneurial businesses from individuals, to start ups and large international groups, including several household names. The clients are from all areas of the media industry including advertising agencies, theatre, tv, and film production companies.

Responsibilities:
As an Outsourcing Manager you will...

  • Oversee the media specialist business outsourcing team
  • Review work of team members, coaching on the job, provide impactful feedback to team members
  • Challenge and change old working habits and out of date processes to seamlessly deliver our services
  • Understand client businesses and build relationships with key client contacts
  • Work with the general practice team to ensure appropriate accounting policies and applied and accurate year end reporting is delivered

Requirements:
As an Outsourcing Manager, you will need...

  • ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Demonstrate media sector expertise
  • Able to manage a portfolio
  • Able to manage a team
