A consultancy that has opened a new office in Manchester. They are a well-established consultancy in Scotland looking to expand in England, so there is plenty of opportunity to progress and grow with the business. A team of 4 in Manchester looking to grow significantly over the next couple of years and you could be a part of this growth. Based in Parsonage Gardens just off Deansgate.
Your new role
In this role you will be involved in pre and post-contract stages as the company works closely with contractors. You will be involved in delivering estimates, tenders, costs. In here you will be working on a range of leisure sector projects such as swimming pools and gyms as well as student accommodation ranging from few thousand pound refurbishments to multi-million pound new build projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced quantity surveyor with a degree in Quantity Surveying ideally chartered though if you have the experience and can work autonomously that will be of interest as well.
