Catering Supervisor

- Salary: £22,737 - £24,702 pa FTE (actual annual salary £17,486 - £18,997) – equivalent to £11.79 - £12.80 per hour, dependent on experience

We are excited to offer the role of Catering Supervisor to join a friendly and dedicated catering team. This position is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for the catering industry and is looking to step into a leadership role within a professional kitchen setting.
About the Role:
- Assist the Chef Manager with the preparation, cooking, and creation of suitable menus.
- Train and lead the team to prepare and serve healthy and appetising meals.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth running of kitchen operations.
- Uphold high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times.
- Engage in menu planning and the development of new dishes.
