We are recruiting for a Practice Accountant with a background in a small or mid sized practice to join a growing accountancy firm in the Lewes area, East Sussex.
Small, friendly and busy chartered accountancy firm in the Lewes area are looking for an experienced Accountant to join their well established team on a full time or part time basis. If you have a strong background in general practice and are now looking for a long term career move in a stable environment this could be the role for you.
This hands on position will provide plenty of variety, encompassing accounts preparation, bookkeeping and management accounts and self assessment tax returns for a range of SMEs and not for profit organisations. The firm provides a supportive working environment with lots of flexibility.
What we're looking for:
- Recent experience in a UK accountancy practice, proficient in producing year end accounts
- ACCA/ACA or AAT qualified or QBE
- Good technical skills
- Hands on attitude, with strong customer focus
