Salary: £35k - £42k (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

The Role:
- The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, including stock control, personalisation, hand finishing and their small machine room
- You will manage people, processes, and systems to ensure efficient production operations, high-quality output, and timely delivery of products
- The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising production processes, managing resources effectively, and coordinating with other departments
- Oversee and manage production activities, including stock control, laser and inkjet printing/personalisation, benchwork and machine room operations
- Organise resources to ensure production schedules are met
- Maintain inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily production activities, stocktakes, and audits
- Supervise and direct production staff, ensuring high levels of motivation, morale, and communication
- Manage production layout and product flow to optimise efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a production manager or in a similar managerial role
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in production management software and databases
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
