The Role
As the Marketing Manager, you'll have the autonomy to shape and define our client's marketing and communication strategy, a well-established British sports brand. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead initiatives that align with the company's business objectives, creating lasting brand impact while playing a crucial role in the company's ongoing global growth.
You will create, lead, and manage both B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing channels, ensuring each audience is targeted with tailored strategies while maintaining a unified brand voice. You will also be at the forefront of marketing strategy development for sports sponsorships and ambassador relationships, driving visibility at key events and creating exciting activations that amplify the brand's presence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for both new and existing products.
- Ensure cohesive messaging across B2B and DTC channels while maintaining a strong brand identity.
- Create campaigns and activations that highlight professional player sponsorships and the passion behind the sport.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, while growing a high-performing marketing team.
- Use data-driven insights to track campaign success, report on KPIs, and continuously improve strategies.
- Identify and seize new opportunities to grow the business, from strategic partnerships to exciting marketing activations.

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, including both B2B and DTC marketing.
