3 Shift - Earlies, Lates, Nights - Monday - Friday

£45,000

Individual training plans implemented

We're working with an industrial manufacturer based in Shefford who are needing to expand their maintenance department. They have had a recent change in management who has elevated the engineering team and implemented 3-5 year training, progression and sucession plans for all of the team - some of the courses they have been put through have ranged from HNC's, Robotic Arm programming, PLC courses, Electrical compitence courses, Fork lift, IPAF - so as you can see they are taking development and progression very seriously!

Working in a team of 6 engineers your main roles and responsibilities would be as follows:

Working on conveyors, silos, mixers, vacuum lifts

Working to reduce production downtime through improvement plans and preventative mainteance plans

Responding to machinery breakdowns

When working on the night shift all lines bar 1 will be shut down so you can concerntrate on PPM schedules.

Fault finding mechanically and electrically

To be considered for this role you would need to of workied in a Production/Manufacturing or Process environment previously with ability to fault find using a multimeter and must hold engineering qualifications.

3 shift pattern - Monday to Friday - 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00

Overtime at X1.3 & X1.5 depending on when it's worked
