Description
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping of financial data
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in day-to-day operations
- Conducting financial analysis and preparing reports
- Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
- Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with company stakeholders
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
