Finance Manager - Eastleigh - £33,000-£35,000 depending on experience - Hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday - Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week

We are excited to be recruiting for a unique opportunity for a skilled Finance Manager to join a not-for-profit organisation in the wellness industry, where people are truly at the core of their mission.

As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's financial future, overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis to drive strategic objectives. You'll provide key financial insights across the business, empowering leadership to make informed decisions while managing risk effectively.

Finance Manager duties include:

  • Delivering timely and accurate information to facilitate strategic and operational decisions
  • Advise on and monitor financial policies and procedures in consultation with the Board and Executive Directors
  • Effective and efficient overseeing of all tax and regulatory compliance issues
  • Manage company insurance policies to meet requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationship's with financially related stakeholders
  • To operate as the companies Money Laundering Officer
  • Preparing financial reports, forecasting and preparing budgets
  • Analysing financial reports and understanding requirements for FCA

Qualifications and experience needed

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Relevant degree
  • 5 + years' experience in an accounts management role
  • Proficiency in Xero Accounting or other accounts packages
