Teacher of PSHE - SEN/SEMH - Southampton
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of PSHE to join an Alternative Provision catering to Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4 pupils, in the centre of Southampton. Applications are welcome from experienced teachers, Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and unqualified teachers.

The school aim to give students an opportunity to access both academic and vocational qualifications moving forward, the lessons would be tailored to meet their needs therefore you should be adaptable with your classes.
They aim to prepare students for their pathway into adulthood by providing functional qualifications in key subjects at a level appropriate to the learner and through pastoral support to invoke holistic development. They also aim to give opportunities to students to experience a variety of work placements to inspire future career paths.

Salary: Dependant on experience and pay scale

Requirements:
- Qualifications: A degree in a related field with teaching experience or a UK teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience: Applications are welcome from experienced teachers, ECT's & unqualified teachers. Experience working with children that have SEN or SEMH needs is ideal.
- Passion: A genuine passion for teaching PSHE and a commitment to student success in Southampton.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
