We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and rapidly scaling private equity business in Manchester. This is a rare opportunity, offering exposure to make a significant impact on the organisation and be at the forefront of supporting the Head of HR in shaping the people strategy.

Key Responsibilities Include;

  • Be the Face of HR: Serve as the operational ambassador for the People department, ensuring seamless processes and effective management of Employee Relations (ER) cases. Your presence will be felt across the organization as you engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Empower Leaders: Train and coach our managers through HR processes that align with our core values. Your approachable demeanour will foster strong relationships and encourage open communication.
  • Streamline Operations: Play a critical role in refining HR processes and owning the operational people plan. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Drive Recruitment Excellence: Take the lead in developing and executing a robust recruitment strategy that attracts top talent, working closely with our internal recruitment partner to bring your vision to life.
  • Cultivate a Values-Driven Culture: Help drive our mission to empower and strengthen our managers and leaders, ensuring that our values of being Human, Inquisitive, and Brave are at the heart of all interactions.

The ideal candidate;

  • You will be an experienced HRBP or HR Manager who can demonstrate strong influencing skills ideally within a Tech,services or fast paced, customer centric environment.
  • -Proven ability to analyze root causes and manage an operational people agenda
  • effectively.
  • Understands SME mentality and enjoys removing red tape
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by ensuring transactions are executed accurately and as per agreed upon SLAs
  • Agile mindset to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong HR expertise for Employee Relations, Occupational health, Ethics, Core HR, Payroll, People Advisory, processes and Talent Management & Learning
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate a clear vision and drive service delivery.
  • Experience in translating organizational strategies into actionable operational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measure process efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships.
