Right Now Group have partnered up with our client who are a large Freight Forwarder to support them in finding an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join their luxury retail handling team.

Job Responsibilities of a Customer Services Specialist:
- Be the primary contact for the onsite client in relation to external communication with their customers.
- Monitor and manage an email inbox, dealing with any customer queries and/ or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for communication between the operational team and the client in terms of communication, customer service and administration under the direction of your manager.
- Have the ability to effectively communicate (orally and written)
- Supporting the operational team with collation of orders, ensuring the customer receives batched orders in one.
The successful Customer Services Specialist:
- Will have excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
- It would be beneficial if you had experience working within the luxury retail Industry (Warehouse or supply chain)
- Have the ability to build and maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, the client and colleagues.
- Ability to follow processes but identify and flag when situations deviate from "normal" activities.
- Maintain a friendly, calm, professional manner reflecting in high service levels expected by the customer.
- Full 5 year checkable work history and clean DBS

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 / 08:30 - 17:30
Salary: Up to £37,000. This is a permanent opportunity
