Job Title: Lettings Manager

Location: Burgess Hill / Haywards Heath area BN6

Salary: Basic circa £30,000PA plus £2400 car allowance - OTE £40-45K

Are you a Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to take the next step? Join a highly successful independent property company as a Lettings Manager! Based in our Haywards Heath office, you'll work alongside our dynamic Lettings Team to grow and develop our thriving Lettings business by generating new Letting Instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and expand the Lettings business through new instructions
  • Win new business and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and client retention

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in residential lettings
  • Skills: Proven expertise in listings and valuations, exceptional sales ability, and a superb telephone manner
  • Attributes: Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic, well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Haywards Heath area is essential
  • Requirements: Full driving license and car owner
  • Approach: Professional and dedicated to excellence in Estate Agency
