Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Burgess Hill / Haywards Heath area BN6
Salary: Basic circa £30,000PA plus £2400 car allowance - OTE £40-45K

Based in our Haywards Heath office, you'll work alongside our dynamic Lettings Team to grow and develop our thriving Lettings business by generating new Letting Instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and expand the Lettings business through new instructions
- Win new business and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Deliver outstanding customer service and client retention
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in residential lettings
- Skills: Proven expertise in listings and valuations, exceptional sales ability, and a superb telephone manner
- Attributes: Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic, well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Haywards Heath area is essential
- Requirements: Full driving license and car owner
- Approach: Professional and dedicated to excellence in Estate Agency
