**Responsibilities:

Exceed monthly targets for buyer offers and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property listings.

Customer Interaction:

Handle customer inquiries professionally via telephone and email.

Display product knowledge and regulatory expertise.

Record Keeping:

Log all customer contacts accurately using designated databases and case management systems.

Focus on resales and interim staircasing.

Application Processing:

Collate audit-compliant application packs.
-
Conduct credit history checks on buyers.
-
Follow anti-money laundering procedures.
-
Caseload Management:

Effectively manage resales and interim staircasing caseloads.

Strive to achieve or exceed targets.

Customer Support:

Assist customers during the resales and interim staircasing process.
-
Provide advice and keep customers updated.
-
Expertise Sharing:

Interpret leases and address home ownership issues for internal and external stakeholders.

Offer marketing advice while complying with regulations.

Data Privacy:

Maintain customer data in strict compliance with GDPR and best practices.
**Requirements:

Customer Service Experience:

Proven track record of excellent customer service.

Deadline-Driven:

Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of property resales and interim staircasing processes.

Practical knowledge of Shared Ownership products and anti-money laundering regulations.

Ability to interpret leases and possess legal knowledge related to Home Ownership products.

Proficiency in IT systems.

Education:

Minimum GCSE level C (or equivalent work experience).
