About The Role
At OCS Group, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic and capable Arborist join our team to work on this long standing and well established major national utility vegetation management contract and to have a firm focus on customer satisfaction, safety, compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and the promotion of safe working practices.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, on a permanent full-time basis; 40 hours per week.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- We are looking for enthusiastic and capable people to join our team to work on this major national utility arb contract
- Working within a small team carrying out arboriculture and vegetation management within your region
- Operating and maintaining specialized plant and equipment for vegetation clearance, according to training
Requirements :
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in arboriculture or forest
- Skilled and confident in your role although high quality training is available for the right candidates
- Be comfortable working in a small team, you will need to be able to manage your own time effectively and promote a professional and safe approach to your work.
- The candidate will be expected to work across South Wales completing vegetation clearance along transmission powerlines in a small team.
