Role Overview: As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will inspire and engage students in their learning journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering creative and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting students' social and emotional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Familiarity with the M2-M6 pay scale1.
