NonStop Social Care is looking for an experienced home manager that has working knowledge with challenging young people managing a semi-independent provision.
We are looking for a manager for a permanent contract for one of our well-reputed clients located in Bexleyheath. This company has been privately own and improving lives of children and young people in London. They have several services such as foster care, semi-independent homes providing high-quality social care services since 1997.
Responsibilities
The semi-independent manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management and operation of the semi independence home, ensuring the welfare and development of young people. You will work closely with the team, the semi-independent manager will contribute to the creation of a secure and nurturing environment that empowers independence and personal growth for young people transitioning to semi-independent living.
Requirements

- you are a Team Leader or senior support worker looking to step-up
- you have experience with working with young people transitioning into semi-independent living
- if you have some management experience it would be very good
