Sales Office Administrator – Chesterfield – £27,000 - £30,000

Sales Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders accurately within agreed timescales and inputted on company system
  • Liaising with a wide range of UK and international customers
  • Organising the despatch of sales orders of customer base ensuring all relevant documentation is in place
  • Investigating and resolving queries
  • Maintaining end-of-month administration duties
  • Supporting wider teams with account management and handling
  • Liaising with additional internal departments
  • Providing product and brand knowledge to effectively support all customers

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Export documentation experience
  • Confident communication skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Good attention to detail
