A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator, on behalf of our client in Stanford le Hope
Duties will include:
- Setting up files, inputting data and checking paperwork
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure the fulfilment of client orders
- Engage with clients to provide information and guidance regarding the logistics of their goods
- Address queries promptly and professionally
- Booking in transport and deliveries
- Working as part of a fast-paced Logistics team
- Determining correct vehicle size for loads
- Ensuring that all internal systems are updated
You will require:
- Previous experience within a Logistics / POS environment
- Excellent administration skills
- IT literacy
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Knowledge of different vehicles and loads
- Good communication skills
- Team player
