Product & Contracting Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Product & Contracting Manager with a passion for curating compelling experiences and driving business success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing product offerings and contracting agreements to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities

  • Design engaging and immersive itineraries to differentiate the company in the market and drive competitive edge.
  • Negotiate favorable contracting agreements for high-quality product, securing competitive rates and terms with a good level of profit margin.
  • Deliver all aspects of the program, including achieving financial, customer experience, and sales volume KPIs.
  • Monitor the quality of products to achieve NPS targets, analyze market feedback, and collaborate with suppliers for improvements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and actively seek new partnerships to enhance the product offerings and drive brand awareness.

**Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or qualified by experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, contracting, supplier management, and sales volume analysis.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers.
  • Focused on delivering a great end-to-end customer experience, enhancing brand awareness, and improving product performance and quality.
  • Excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and willingness to travel overseas.
  • Experience in market trend research, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive sales.

**Day-to-day

  • Create and develop a portfolio that appeals to our customer base based on market trends and preferences.
  • Research market trends and customer preferences for new products, and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to achieve planned customer volume at a competitive price point.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
