JDS Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a warm and welcoming primary school in Newham, who are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a long-term basis from September.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a vital leadership role in a well-organised school office environment, supporting staff, pupils, and senior leadership.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience as an Office Manager within a school setting is essential

Strong working knowledge of Bromcom

Solid understanding or experience in HR processes, including:

Managing staff absences
-
Supporting recruitment processes

Overseeing payroll and general HR admin duties
Working Pattern:
- Ideally full-time, but the school is open to part-time applicants (minimum 4 days per week) who are confident and capable of managing the role independently
