Sales Director - Ad Tech; Programmatic Solution - £70,000 - £75,000 + 50% OTE + benefits.
The Company
My client is a brilliant programmatic ad platform and solution for agencies and clients that offer targeted programmatic activation across all channels at scale.
They are a very profitable business with brilliant USPs and have some fantastic agencies and brands on board.
They are looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director (DOE) to join the business to sell their proposition across independent agencies and clients directly.
The Job
- Actively sell into agencies and clients directly across the company's programmatic media solutions.
- A solution-based, consultative sell working with independent agencies and clients directly.
- Amazing progression opportunities and routes to more senior levels.
- Selling a market leading programmatic solution
- Hybrid role with 2 days per week in the London office.
- Working with the team to hit quarterly revenue targets and capitalise on all revenue streams.
You
- Great understanding of the advertising ecosystem; Strong programmatic knowledge and experience.
- Someone with relationships across media agencies and is able to leverage these when joining.
- Ideally someone with independent agency contacts and direct media contacts.
- Experienced and capable sales rep with the ability to build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. Proven experience achieving targets.
- Understands the programmatic ecosystem and has been successful in a sales and hunting role.
- A self-starter and able to work independently when needed.
- A personable, approachable, positive and focused individual who is comfortable in a leading role.
- Keen to work in a growing business and adopt senior roles as the business grows.
