Experienced Male Support Worker Pay rate: £ 12.00 - £12.50 (weekly pay) Shift Pattern: 8:00am - 7:00pm Weekdays and Weekends Requirements: Full UK Driver's License and business insurance

We've got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a love gentlemen living in the Warmsworth, Doncaster. The gentlemen suffers from a brain injury and you main role would be to support him to meet his medical, BM therapy, personal care and day-to-day assistance needs. This role is for someone who enjoys being very active as you will be required to participate in activities such rock climbing, gardening, cycling and going to the gym.
A full UK driver's license and insurance is essential as you may be required to attend appointment in your own car with the client.

Key Responsibilities
Support Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.
Support with all facets of daily living.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.
confidentiality and respect privacy.
Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.
Aid with light household chores which may include cooking, cleaning.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.
Have a pure zest for life & a caring can-do attitude.
Interest in activities such as cycling and going to the gym
Understanding on brain injury therapy preferred but not essential
Be a holder of a full UK Driver's license
