What you'll do:
- Manage the day to day operational HR function
- Responsible for overseeing the internal recruitment process, talent mapping and succession planning
- Be responsible for the delivery of an inclusive people strategy with a clear ROI
- Partnering with the SLT to shape and structure the organisation for the future
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned to the overall business plans
- Develop line management capability to deliver core people skills
- Provide advice and support to line managers on all HR issues
- Develop & champion ESG initiatives across the organisation
What you'll be:
- High emotional intelligence and an ability to build strong relationships quickly to influence and operate at a senior level
- Strategic Leadership of HR in a commercial environment
- Aptitude to coach senior level leaders and identify opportunities and develop effective ways of working with the SLT
- Demonstrable success in change management
- Proven leadership, management, and project management skills
- Excellent commercial judgment and discretion
- Articulate, professional and motivational communication
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive coaching skills
