As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of my clients financial decision-making process. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments, providing insightful financial analysis and forecasts to guide strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into financial plans.
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
Monitor and report on financial performance against budget, highlighting trends and potential areas for improvement.
Participate in cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and contribute to overall organisational success.
Qualifications:
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified or finalist.
Proven experience in financial forecasting and analysis.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
