NJR are excited to be yet again partnered with a well established Wealth Management practice who have being helping their clients grow, protect and pass on their wealth for over two decades. They are currently looking for a Senior Administrator who can join their team. The purpose of this role will be to assit the CEO to improve case turnaround times an workflow efficiency, ensuring an enhanced clietn experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting packs for the CEO to support reviews and presentation meetings, including necessary printing, pre-population of forms, and client completion guidance.
  • Post-Meeting Documentation: Draft and send post-meeting letters summarizing key discussion points and action items from CEO review meetings.
  • Fund Management: Complete fund switches and generate relevant paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Performance Analysis: Produce FE Analytics performance charts for presentation packs and ad-hoc needs as requested by the CEO.
  • Protection Services: Assist in the preparation of protection comparison reports, quotations, and processing applications as required.
  • Information Management: Collate LOA information, conduct analytics, and obtain CYC before forwarding to the CEO, maintaining regular client communication.
  • Review Scheduling: Book Drawdown Reviews and ensure that State Pension Forecasts are obtained prior to meetings.
  • Trust Forms: Complete trust forms in accordance with St. James's Place guidelines.
  • Project Leadership: Lead new admin-related projects as they arise, responding to requirements from RWM or St. James's Place.
  • Data Entry: Input data into cashflow modelling systems to support the CEO with case construction.
  • PA Role Coverage: Provide PA support as needed, including holiday and sickness cover.
  • Client Onboarding: Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to discuss our services and answer any questions.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other administration duties as required by the CEO or RWM

Skills and Experience:

  • Deadline Management: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to ensure company SLAs are met.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: A proven track record in a financial services Administrator role.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to minimize case/business errors.
  • Self-Development: Demonstrated initiative in researching solutions independently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to swiftly adapt to changing business needs.
  • IT Proficiency: Skilled in the use of IT systems such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
