Marketing Automation Specialist profile:
The new Marketing Automation Specialist, proficient in email marketing, CRM and workflow development who embraces marketing automation tactics to drive conversions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise the use of our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
  • Develop and manage automated workflows, moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimise campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalised email campaigns.
  • Analyse customer data and behaviour to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
  • Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
  • Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalisation to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
