Are you a Service charge accountant with 5+ years of experience and a history of leading teams based in North London /Hertfordshire?

We are working with one of the fastest growing real estates companies in the North-West London area who are looking for a seasoned service charge accountant to head up their accounting team.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with leadership experience to manage a team and join one of the most reputable businesses within the residential real estate management space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the effective client accounting of a portfolio of managed estates, including residential, commercial, and those which are phased in their management.

  • Generating financial reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation.
  • Maintaining professional working relationships with clients and ensuring that excellent client service is delivered.
  • Proficiency in using the Qube system, including entering budgets with correct apportionments, running monthly expenditure reports, and posting accurately.
  • Conducting periodic reporting to clients (standard reports plus additional as required).
  • Managing and maintaining the Service Charge funds of each property under remit.
  • Helping guide, train, and assist Finance Clerk(s).
