RattrayParkin is recruiting for an SME business offering a unique opportunity to step into a standalone role within a growing £1.5m T/O business (part of a larger £50m T/O group).
This role will report into a Financial Controller. Full time, permanent and site based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Analytical reporting to provide actionable insights
- Handling transactional finance (bulk of this is automated)
- Managing inventory - stock counts and accuracy
- Maintaining strong relationships with the operations team
Salary: £35,000 + benefits

This role is perfect for someone who has operated in a similar role previously or looking to progress from assisting with accounts to taking ownership of the management accounts process. Training provided.
