A regional directly authorised Advisory firm based in Brighton, dedicated to providing top-notch financial advisory services are seeking a dedicated IFA Administrator to join the team. You will play a vital role in providing timely and efficient support to our Advisers, in conjunction with the Paraplanners.

Salary: £25,000-30,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Format and prepare letters and documents.
- Support Advisers in managing their pipeline and portfolio of existing business.
- Communicate with Life Offices and Investment Houses to request information.
- Prepare files for compliance checking.
- Maintain client records using the Intelligent Office system.
- Stay updated with all relevant product, legislative, and technical changes.
- Submit new business.
- Manage client reviews, including preparing client valuations.
- Prepare client reports related to pensions, investments, Trustee Investment, IHT planning, and other financial planning requirements.
- Review products available to meet client needs and make appropriate recommendations.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Pensions or Investments Administration.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships with customers.
