Newly created role with growth and team leadership opportunities
Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level within a global, industry-leading organisation? This is your chance to join a dynamic, passionate, and experienced team that's redefining professional exhibitions and events.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and deliver innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive delegate engagement and sponsor lead generation across a high-impact portfolio. If you're commercially minded, strategic, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment — this could be your perfect next move.
This is a brand-new role, offering long-term growth potential and the opportunity to mentor and manage two team members, with scope to shape the role as the team continues to expand.
Why You'll Love This Role:
- Join a global market leader in a fast-growing sector
- Enjoy hybrid working with just 3 days a week in beautiful, vibrant Crawley offices
- Work alongside a fabulous, forward-thinking team that's passionate about innovation and impact
- Be part of a company with purpose, delivering events that drive change across education, healthcare, and the public sector
- Access fantastic benefits and genuine progression opportunities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of leading B2B events
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns to attract high-value attendees and generate sponsor leads
- Leverage data segmentation (by sector, seniority, and location) to ensure campaigns are sharply targeted and high-converting
- Use marketing automation platforms to streamline activity and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with content and design to create compelling, on-brand communications
- Lead and support a small team (Marketing Executive & Delegate Campaign Executive) — coaching, guiding, and helping them thrive
- Track campaign performance, report regularly, and constantly iterate to improve results
- Present updates to senior management and contribute to broader marketing strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in email marketing and campaign execution, ideally within the events, exhibitions, or conferences space
- Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Great written communication skills, particularly in writing engaging and personalised marketing copy
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate insight into action
- Organised, agile, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous line management or mentoring experience is a bonus
- Must be able to work in the Crawley office at least 3 days per week
? If you're excited by the opportunity to shape a growing function in a people-first, high-performing environment — we'd love to hear from you.
