We have an exciting opportunity working for one of London's largest organisations as a Senior Development Manager.

Role overview:

As a Senior Development Manager, your role purpose is to act as a single focal point for LLDC's interest as landlord and developer, securing the design deliverables, contractual milestones and delivery in accordance with the requirements of the legal agreements
Key information:

• Contract duration: 3 Months
• Location: 2 days Stratford Head Office/3 days WFH
• Daily Rate: £377.06 PAYE/ £512.67 Umbrella
• Start date: ASAP

? Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Strong project management skills including the management and monitoring of construction project programme, risks and issues
• Experience with Property Transactions
• Demonstrable experience of overseeing the delivery of multiple, complex buildings during their construction phase.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully managing contracts with development partners/commercial organisations.
• Strong track record in stakeholder management
• Understanding of Local authority governance
