Responsibilities:

Client Management: Overseeing a portfolio of clients worth approximately £500k, including limited companies, partnerships, and individuals.

Accounts & Tax Preparation:

Year-end accounts preparation

Management accounts and VAT returns

Corporate and income tax returns and computations

Compliance & Advisory: Monitoring statutory compliance in accounts and taxation matters, advising clients, and holding client meetings.

Team Supervision: Supervising junior staff, planning and monitoring work, providing training, and assessing performance.

Business Development: Promoting the firm's services and managing new client onboarding.

Liaison: Regularly liaising with the partners of the firm.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
- Minimum 5 years of UK practice background.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively.
