Customer Service Assistant

£26,500 + Pension + Parking
A Customer Service Assistant with excellent people skills is required to join this successful organisation, there will be plenty of opportunity for progression as this Company are currently expanding.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all-round support in the Customer Service Department and assisting with day to day administrative tasks
- Answering incoming telephone calls, establishing client requirements and recommending suitable products
- Inputting client orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery stage
- Liaising with external delivery Contractors to ensure deliveries are made on schedule at all times
- Dealing with customer complaints, investigating any issues and ensuring a solution is found promptly
- Maintaining computerised client database system and updating information held when necessary
