Our client, a leading tech company is seeking an IT Support Advisor to join their operation based in Exeter. The successful candidate will work in a supportive Technical Support environment.

Helpdesk Support Advisor responsibilities include: -

  • Provide 1st line support across multiple sites and users across UK & Europe
  • Resolve all service and user requests end to end
  • Ensure all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and expectation
  • Maintain and build customer relationships

Helpdesk Support Advisor requirements include: -

  • At least 1 year's 1st/2nd line helpdesk support experience would be desirable but candidates with a relevant qualification looking to start their career will also be considered
  • Good communication skills
  • Works well under pressure in a busy environment
  • IT Literate
  • Happy to work on a shift rota pattern (7am to 3pm | 9am to 5pm | 1pm to 9pm)

Please note that this position will involve shift patterns between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Shifts are confirmed at least 4 weeks in advance. A good balance of hybrid working is available for the successful candidate and the opportunity to achieve a 1.5/2 x rate of pay for weekend and bank holiday shifts.
