Your role will involve:
- Cultivating lasting relationships with account customers to enhance their success.
- Collaborating with our dedicated customer service teams for seamless account management.
- Overseeing the onboarding of new accounts, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our solutions.
- Providing comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure thorough understanding of our systems.
- Utilizing innovative tools like heatmaps and pivot tables to showcase the value of our data.
- Handling escalations and working closely with accounts to resolve issues promptly.
