The Walton Centreare currently seeking a Band 3 Occupational Therapy Assistant to assist the team Occupational Therapists in the assessment of appropriate patients.
Responsibilities:
If you are successful, you will contribute to the smooth running of the therapy department which includes caring for equipment, wheelchairs, ordering of stock plus housekeeping and administration duties.
- To assist qualified therapists in their administrative duties for the functioning of the therapy department.
- To take responsibility for own delegated clinical caseload.
- To undertake assessment related activities and treatment / intervention as required or as directed by qualified therapists
- To participate in audit and service development.
- To work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
