Our client are looking for a Facilities & Technical Assistant to ensure the smooth operation and Community Hires during weekends. This role involves managing the security and cleanliness of areas used for the Hall and Community Hire.

Salary: Grade C £23,115 - £24,140 (Actual salary £11,245.13 - £11,743.78) based on experience

Hours: 18 hours per week, weekends only, 08:00-18:00

Description

The key responsibilities for the Facilities and Technical Assistant role are:

  • Unlock and secure areas used for the Hall and Community Hires.
  • Maintain cleanliness of Hall areas to ensure a presentable environment for events.
  • Serve as the Hall and Community representative, assisting and supporting visiting hires.
  • Provide basic technical support to troubleshoot issues during events.
  • Carry the site team mobile for communication and assistance.
  • Ensure the school site is locked, alarmed, and secure at the end of each shift.
  • Support community information dissemination.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Facilities and Technical Assistant role is someone with the following:

  • Understanding of Health and Safety in a professional environment.
  • Ability to act as a key holder responsible for venue security.
