Commercial Broking Team Leader
Location: Dudley
Salary: Up to £30,000-£40,000 (Depending on experience)

We are working with a national insurance broker who are looking for a Broking Team Leader to join their Commercial team in their Dudley Office.

The Role:
70% of the role will be upskilling and developing a team of up to 10 account handlers.
The other 30% will be analyitical, team performance, debt performance, auditing, PDP's, learning and leadership meeting focused.

The Required Skills:
Previous experience in Commercial insurance is desired
Strong IT, Communication, Rapport building and negotiation skills and phone manner
A willingness to learn and ability to take initiative is essential
Cert CII is preferable however, support will be provided
