PMR are currently recruiting for a permanent caretaker in London.
Job description:
- General cleaning duties.
- Sweeping and mopping.
- Cleaning communal areas.
- Dusting and vacuuming.
- Stock and maintain supply room.
- Maintaining the building.
- Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
Requirements/ Skills:
- Previous experience as a caretaker.
- Good understanding of caretaker duties.
- At leats 1 years expereince as a caretaker.
