Job Role; Estimator
With our Client we are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator.
Workinng as part of the Senior Management Team - the role of the Estimator will include;
- Attending regular In House and Client Site Meetings
- Prepare accurate and timely Estimates for materials, labour and other costs including carry out take-offs from drawings
- Communicate with Sales Team, Project Managers and Engineers to ensure Estimates meets project requirements
- Attend Pre-Bid Meetings and Site Visits
- Produce scope of Works within Budget
- Prepare Tehnical documentation
- Reviewing Tender Documents, Drawings, and Specifications
- To be suited to the role of Estimator and to understand the scope of work and Client requirements - we are ideally looking for Retail fit-out or Building services experience
- The role is full time and will offer c £45,000 - £55,000 Annual Salarty
